Mama Collective Yoga Class

This class is designed to unite a mix of mamas from all stages of motherhood. Mama Collective Yoga welcomes prenatal, postnatal and big kid moms. A collective of mamas moving through the various joys + challenges of motherhood. A gentle yoga class for all levels of experience. An opportunity to tune in to your body, slow down the mind and deepen your breath. A soft place for all mamas to ground + connect. โ

Mama Collective- Connection Circles

The need for connection is more present than ever. Mothers simply do not have the 'village' of support they desire + crave. Let's come together as a collective of mamas to share, connect, grow, laugh and cry together. Every session will begin with a grounding exercise, followed by authentic and open sharing. This is a space to share honestly + candidly about the joys and challenges of motherhood.โ

Circle is 20 mins of a guided, grounding exercise paired with 40 mins of authentic connection with other mamas. Circle is limited to ๐Ÿด students. The intimate setting of these gatherings will provide the opportunity to build community and to share in conscious conversation.โ  Sharing is not mandatory, show up in whatever expression serves you best.
