This class will be a mix of mamas of all backgrounds + stages. This class is designed to unite a mix of mamas. A collective of mamas moving through the various joys + challenges of motherhood. The class will be suitable for pregnant women and all levels of yoga experience. โ

Let's come together as a collective of mamas to share, connect, grow, laugh and cry together. Every session will begin with a grounding exercise, followed by authentic and open sharing. This is a space to share honestly + candidly about the joys and challenges of motherhood.โ
